Flicker free, correct colour temperature, glare and ambience are all key areas to focus on when looking at commercial lighting. Depending on what is being carried out, light levels may differ, however, the uniformity of that light is a key factor to ensure that there is an even spread of light across the area and has no dark spots. Minimal Glare is required in line with the guidance and where possible a flicker free option should be used to make the user as comfortable as possible.
